Hi everyone. I have problem with activation my sim on iPad Pro . First time I have Apple so maybe Im just blind. I’ve changed APN details as shown on website but still I dont have signal on my sim. How to do that Please?

Changed apn to what?

There shouldn't be any need to do so. Just reset network settings and setup is automatic.

If still stuck, you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
