@TallTreesI did a live chat with them and they said they are working to get it fix soon - so there is defo a issue! Again!!!
I`ve checked my status for here in West Midlands and despite the closest mast to me being down, have full access to the internet and this forum using O2 dongle.
As you are having problems and have spoke via live chat with customer services, I`ll tag @EmilieT one of the community managers to ask if she can help

I had a text message a few days ago to say 02 were working on masts near but it hasn't affected me yet! Possibly upgrading for 5G , could be as there as a lot of phones ready for that facility now.
It's a pain when you rely on your phone.

My OH is on Tesco (who use o2 network) and hers is also working...
