@Rach01

Use the My Network app to report the issue and O2 will investigate to see if there is a fault locally to you.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

It can only be a local problem We would be seeing multiple angry threads if the whole of the UK is affected. No problems within the Manchester/Blackburn areas.If live chat tell you it's Wednesday always check your diary, some of them don't know what day or time it is let alone having the slightest idea about a national outage.

Well I think you are definitely right there @jonsie any national network/national outage trouble and the community forum would be on fire (metaphorically speaking) and we have experienced this 😯😩🤢
Fairly recently.

Hey guys, checked on my end as well and there's no wider issue going on. Thanks for jumping in to test on your end guys and helping to troubleshoot for @Rach01 .

I thought there was a problem last Friday when I noticed none of my apps or browsers could connect to any site.  I decided to reboot my phone.  Was fine after that thumbsup  So sometimes it can be your device.  Turning it off and on isn't just a cliche for how IT people fix things, there is a genuine reason why it is asked yahoo

Thanks

Nothing to do with O2 but BT is down (for emails) as from 6am this morning. I have 4 friends who are with BT as their broadband provider. No emails have come in since 6am for any of us.

It's working ok for everything else, (otherwise I wouldnt be posting on the forum) I have also made and received calls on my BT landine.

I have phoned BT and they to get this working by late evening.

It's the Yahoo mail servers that have gone boom so BT, SKY and Yahoo emails will all be affected.

The Yahoo servers are back up now and emails are flowing nicely after a morning without any.
