Use the My Network app to report the issue and O2 will investigate to see if there is a fault locally to you.

It can only be a local problem We would be seeing multiple angry threads if the whole of the UK is affected. No problems within the Manchester/Blackburn areas. If live chat tell you it's Wednesday always check your diary, some of them don't know what day or time it is let alone having the slightest idea about a national outage.

I thought there was a problem last Friday when I noticed none of my apps or browsers could connect to any site. I decided to reboot my phone. Was fine after that So sometimes it can be your device. Turning it off and on isn't just a cliche for how IT people fix things, there is a genuine reason why it is asked

Nothing to do with O2 but BT is down (for emails) as from 6am this morning. I have 4 friends who are with BT as their broadband provider. No emails have come in since 6am for any of us.
It's working ok for everything else, (otherwise I wouldnt be posting on the forum) I have also made and received calls on my BT landine.
I have phoned BT and they to get this working by late evening.
