Not sure if this is the place but I just had a really quick, easy and simple less than 8 minute phone call with a customer service staff Emma. She was prompt and understood my enquiry and was quick to resolve the issue. I had to top up whilst on the phone with her and she was handling the call for me, I just had to enter my card details. Extremely happy with this service. Very friendly and cheery tone. Thank you very much for the positive experience.

Yes this is a good place to air your feelings. The Community Coordinator @Toby might be able to feed your comments back. This forum mostly deals with negative comments and problems, so a positive response to Customer Service is always good to see.

I am sure there is more than one Emma working for O2 CS....but I have to say this was the name of the very first advisor that helped me swap from PAYG to Contract. She was based in Glasgow and was absolutely brilliant. I managed via this forum to track her down to offer my sincere thanks.
