Could this be the end of rural notspots

Looks like mastsharing will finally happen for the benefit of all rural customers

It's not before time too although the urban people will be enjoying 5G before the deadlines mentioned in the report.

A shared nationwide RAN would make sense these days (operated by a company mutually owned by the operators) with them competing on services and price.

 

It would also cut down on the cost of site selection and build as the cost would be shared.
