I contacted complaint review service in 8th Jan. Hsve also phoned and fed back via text.... still awaiting response. They owe me money. What a shambles of a company. Anyone help?

@DLP It’s usually 10 working days to get a response. You may have been left out or there is a backlog. Also O2 are quick to take your money but very slow at returning it
