will prob have to change number cause of o2 fault

When anyone calls my o2 mobile number it rings their end 5 or 6 times before my phone even lights up and then starts to ring,

The o2 shop have tried everything to fix this. tried swap my sim, tried putting my sim in new phones, no joy. Still the same. They have checked my account, Nothing on it,so this shouldnt be happening.

Nightmare iv had this number ages.

still 5 rings on house phone calling my mobile before mobile light up then starts to ring, changed sim into my wifes phone same thing, also tried another phone same thing, but least voice mail is off now

At least voicemail is off, that's something.

I had a similar problem with the phone not lighting up until I signed out of TuGo.

It looks like the suggestion by @MI5 is the next action for you. Ask O2 to disconnect and reconnect your number to the system.

got them to switch service off for 24 hours, see what happens tomorrow cheers everyone
