i have been trying since 26th sept, waited 20 mins hung up tried again 27th, waited 15 mins hung up trying today and i have twice hung up waiting 25 mins on one, now currently listening to the terrible hold music and that annoying woman telling me that they know i am waiting. I tried live chat with no luck, what is the point in live chat if they cannot fullfill all requests of their customers! I work in a call centre so i know what it is like, but this is just disgraceful, for such a large company to have their customers struggle to get through is despicable!! (rant over) O2 are quick to get your business but when you need them, no where to be seen. Any email direct address any one know of?
