You should be able to see your upgrade date, by logging into the O2 website, and then click MyO2 and then Upgrade.

im on a 24 month iphone 4 contract , i phoned 202 about 2 months ago and they said my upgade date was sep 11 😞

Ok, try going to Go To My Mobile on the myO2 section, and on the right hand side of the screen underneath 'My tariff summary' - It should tell you your contract renewal date.

You're welcome, your upgrade date is usually 1 month before the contract renewal date.
It should show you your upgrade eligibility in the section below the tariff summary.
