unordered sim mess up!!

I'm very dissatisfied, I never ordered a sim nor did I want to have to go to the 02 shop new years eve get a replacement sim which still isn't working I left my daughter for a trip to London had no internet as the sim mess up messed my new year up.
3 hours spent finding where I had to go as I had no Sat nav and rely on my phone. Couldn't speak to my family contact my poorly daughter and spent hours in the cold lost.

Absolutely disgusted with the service as soon as my contract is up if not before I will be cancelling.
Protocol should be in place so this doesn't happen to anyone else.

I have email proof. I have been into the o2 shop yesterday said they don't have any idea why. But how and why is the question. Still no network.

This must be either a phone or network fault surely?
If there is no signal anywhere?
Can you list exactly what has happened and in what order so we can follow through the problem please?

Have you checked if there is a.mast near you? Can you put the sim in a different phone to see if sim issues persists

Nope I wasn't. I was told to out the sim in that I received from the o2 shop. No need to be rude. But I out the old sim in another phone still no network on either. I was told i had to wait 24hours

There are plenty of people here who can resolve your problem for you, but unfortunately nobody seems to understand exactly what your problem is.
If you could explain exactly what has happened and how you want it resolved, we can advise you....
