Hi, I believe I have a Pay as you go eSIM with O2, I use this for the summer when I visit the UK as we live the other 6 months in the US. I started it in early June, 2024. I want to start again in April / May next year when I return. I understand I will get a different number, but as I use WhatsApp mainly (on data) I don't really care about keeping the same number.
I am trying everything to cancel, but nothing works! I installed the app, it said I have no services, I try to add my O2 SIM number, but it says it's not an O2 number - but I am define on O2 - UK and I have the correct number.
Many times I have called (202, 4444, 4445) it is always the same, press 1 to use the number I am calling from, checking my account, transferring me, 5 rings then disconnects. I have tried 20+ times.
I can't even contact O2 unless this one goes through.
Can you help direct me (without the app, without the number that disconnects) so I can cancel this. Can anyone please help, I have spent hours on this awful experience.

There are no eSIMs on PAYG
Normally you just cancel any recurring payments and it expires after about 6 months
