texting to Australia

I am able to receive texts from australia and up until 11 June was able to also reply. Since then I get a message

Status terminated. This is only happeneing to one number -other numbers seem to be ok. Have tried helpline and been into O2 shop but they seem to have no idea whay either.

I changed nothing but something has obviously changed somewhere.

Number in Australia has also tried updating -etc to no avail. Any ideas?

Have they checked if they have accidentally added you to their blocked number or spam list?

Already checked and updated their phone not blocked as I am receiving messages and I have not blocked their number.

Is the failed SMS going to a unique network from the Ines that are being delivered ok ?
