bought out a new contract today and they sold me a phone with esim and i have had nothing but problems. unable to get into my 02 app and the people over the phone dont talk english and the fact the online chat takes you to nmy 02 app which i cant get into and end the conversation. load of problems will be going back and getting a refund and taking it higher. absolute joke.

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you

Take it back, and find a different network..
It can take 24hrs for myo2 to be completely activated...
And don't go for an esim on any network you choose as your primary as you will have a lot of problems and if you want to switch phones, or your phone has a fault you are in a world of pain
