Why is it impossible to contact anybody at o2, the last three times I have logged in, in an attempt to use the webchat service it states they are too busy. I am not in the UK so will not call them due to the cost. Is there an e-mail address that I can contact someone on, instead of the useless webchat?

The store is following proceedure by sending the phone away for repair, after such a period of time they do not have to issue a refund or replacement. However what they can do after 3 repairs is fill out a form to the O2 Repair Escalation team to request a replacement handset, go and speak to the store about this. All they need is the repair numbers from the 3 times it has been away previously so hopefully you kept the receipts, if not and it was sent away from the same store each time they may be able to reprint copies of them. Good luck getting it sorted.

All customer service staff have been affected by recent events and must be totally demoralised.I can't see things improving much now to be honest.

Just a quick update, I have yet again gone back to O" and asked to speak to the store manager but was told he was unavailable at present, the guy in the store is so rude and aragent. He has sent it back to be repaired again and this is the last time, I have now sent an email to the head office at O2, watchdog with all my coppies of recipts and names and addresses of staff and that store and have been advised to seak egal action. O2 is a company not individual companny stores. IF O2 can not communicate being they are a communications network then what are they doing. I had to print and quote o2's own terms of service from there own website and the store staff were supprised. I have had enough of O2 in general and will never be going back to an )2 store again. I am so discusted and disapointed in O2. Insted of just trying to fob people off and make as much money as they can try helping and communicating with your customers to grow and improve you company and it's reputation insted of just trying to get a big christmas bonus!

Yes it is the fouth time but only twice with the O2 shop, the first and second time the store was so busy I was advised to take it to the O2 repair center at the other side of town but the staff did not log any repairs even accessing my account so they say the phone has only been repaired twice. Although I have been back more than 10 times to the store complaining about the phone and within the months period after they sent the phone for repais...... and it even stated on the website that if a probles still exists within 30 days after we sent the phone for repair a reconditioned replacement will be made availabe but still nothing.

Strange you should find that, the O2 shops I've been to have been extremely helpful and polite.
