no phone reception in sheffield since 4g launch

Basically ,for the last few days I have had little or no phone signal whilst at work. (Chapeltown,Sheffield). 2 other members of staff who are also on o2 have had the same problem. It may be coincidental but its happened at the same time 4g has been launched in the area.

since my contact updated to 4G ive been unable to receive incoming calls, i didnt find out untill i started getting lots of voicemail messages

4G isn't available in Sheffield. Are you in the Sheffield area? Have you checked if the repair has been done or is still ongoing? http://status.o2.co.uk/

It is still showing as ongoing. I would be inclined to make a formal complaint after almost 2 weeks.  Complaints Review Service | Support | O2
