since my contact updated to 4G ive been unable to receive incoming calls, i didnt find out untill i started getting lots of voicemail messages

4G isn't available in Sheffield. Are you in the Sheffield area? Have you checked if the repair has been done or is still ongoing? http://status.o2.co.uk/
