Im not sure if people know.
But there is a mobile network called giffgaff.
Now this runs on the o2 network and its also owned by o2.
However heres what im saying
This network is run by the customers and they have no customer care team as such.
So they have a Notice board and they list outages in the network and planned maitenance upgrades too

Im not saying that it may help your probelms, but there is a lot more info on there than on o2 own website.

thanks for the link.... went on to Giff Gaff it said network fine in my area- still not able to make calls london nw3 aaargh - r they breaking their contract with us?

21:12 London NW3 still no service. What a bunch of amateurs.

i regret renewing with this unreliable bunch.
