my Doro mobile phone bill

I understood my mobile bill each month was going to be £16 and £5 can you please explain why I am being charged 22/9 £12.17 and 24/10 £24.69 and 22/11 £17.79 on top of the £5 as I don't understand why I have these charges. Could you please explain what is costing more, thank you Shelagh Haylock

@Anonymous you need to log into your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2 and look in your bill breakdown. 

It will explain the additional charges. We won't know as we are customers too and can't see your account.

Certain numbers and MMS messages are chargeable extra so you may have dialed some of those numbers without realising you were paying for them.

Good luck if you attempt to contact CS at the mo.
90% of the posts on here are people complaining they can't get through.

Agreed @MI5 but as we cant see accounts on the forum it's the only other piece of advice we can give really

Every charge is itemised in the MyO2 billing section so can be found without calling in this instance.
