I have spent an hour chatting to a guru,
Trying to get my phone to access the over 18 dating sites, to no avail, wasted my time and their time also.
My phone never leaves me.
I am never anywhere around anyone who is under the age of 18.
Every time I have problems with this phone, I have a lot of problems trying to sort it out with 02.
They take your money but, take their time to help you out.
I am not a happy person..

I'm not sure why you spent an hour with a guru but removing the age restriction is simple. Either call instore or just call customer service.
