hello good moring

 

im so happy to have recieved my s7 edge  but i am a little puzzled and was asking the community if they could plz help     so preorded phone has arrived on time but the sim is not activated  and its bin in phone for 24hrs  now o2 are saying the sim wont work till the 11th   is this true or am i having my chain yanked    any help plz

Technically speaking, at the moment you don't have a contract attached to that phone to cancel Anyway...

no not been charged because apperantly i dont have acc with s7 edge (brand new contrat)
i wanted a seperate number as im a courier amd my work have lots if diff phone numbers so wanted to leave phone at home when of work

I called o2 last night about the simcard not working and was told that, the new contract with the 30GB data usuage does not work yet with the S7. There is a issue that they are aware on and the technitions are working on getting the simcard and its allowance sorted.

 

I was told to wait a couple of days then call back again, and also not to worry about my contract charge as at present I canot use any of its featured.

How annoying is that? This was the tariff they were promoting heavily with the S7 and now to find it's not working properly?....
