hello good moring

im so happy to have recieved my s7 edge but i am a little puzzled and was asking the community if they could plz help so preorded phone has arrived on time but the sim is not activated and its bin in phone for 24hrs now o2 are saying the sim wont work till the 11th is this true or am i having my chain yanked any help plz

have been into o2 shop to see if they could help thay have done their best but no joy
apparently my acc dosent esxit and my new phone number has not been generated so now im stuck untilp its on system cant do noting have phone number of times to activate it now saying i will have to wait 5 days

havent put my current sim from my s6 edge into my s7 edge as the new number is now my personal 1 and my current (old) is now a work no i would it would work in s7 edge though

It wouldn't work if it was a different network, but would if o2.

I didn't fully understand what you've written, but if the sim cards are the same size they'll work in any phone.

O2 sent you an S7 and your account does not exist?.....

I can't believe that. If you have been sent a brand new S7 you will have an account with O2.

yes i have 3 o2 contracts 2 sim only for 2 of my kids and a wireless dongle for anothr child my partners also has 2 acc 1 for her phone and my existing contact but my new contrt (not apgrade or add on) is not on the system the phone number hasnt been generated like i said i went into o2 they phoned whoeva and thats what ive been told it will take 5 days tryd to do a sim swap but because its not on comps nothing i can do guess im gona have to wait 5 days i really dont want to cancel my contrcts
