Hi, I was today nicely served by  Guru -Joby in Swindon ( Brunel Centre )O2 service. Just wanted to say a big thanks to him and O2.

It's really good when someone takes the trouble to post about the better side of customer service, be it in store, online or over the phone. There is so much negativity such is the role of a customer based community but there are people within o2 only too willing to help. Nice one Smiley Very Happy
