end of contract choices

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hi

I have come to the end of my o2 contract. I do not want to upgrade just now but I would like to reduce my monthly DD. I use very little of my minutes, max 200 and max 200 texts monthly but always run out of data as I do not have a 3G connection at home or wifi at work.

Could anyone help with suggestions

Thanks

Emma

It will change to a 30 day contract unless you change it.

You can choose a Pay Monthly Simplicity tariff to save some cost or switch to Pay and Go.

Have a look through them in the shop area and ring O2 who will set it up for you.

You might want to look at GiffGaff. It uses the O2 network.

Unlimited data on the £12 good bag looks tempting.

Thanks for the info. I am interested in the £11.00 per month 250 MB data and 300 mins with unlimited texts. sorry to ask what is probably a dumb question but how do I actually do this. I am still paying o2 the monthly contract fee of £37.00. I have been trying all day to get in touch with them on my mobiie and through chat but no joy. thanks

Ringing them from 202 early evening or early morning Is my suggestion.

I wouldn't use live chat for this.
