compensation text from o2

I have just had a text from o2, about the outage last week. Informing me that I will get 10% off my bill, and £10 to spend in the o2 shop in September.

he he he they said all sms will go out by friday 27th july guess it is a lot of texts to send at once and they do not want the network to fail again lol

I could forward you my text but that will spoil the happy event when you receive yours. Mind you, I only got it on the one O2 phone, still 2 to go. Wonder if I can lump the 3 x £10 together?
