Not impressed that cannot use open discount on new iPhone 6s, I can't see it written into terms and conditions either. Considering leaving O2 after 15 years!! Vodafone will offer same discount so better off cutting our losses!! Not happy!!!!

I was in the middle of a chat with Joe and a message came up to say that the o2 guy had lost connection to wait a minute and if it didnt return then end the chat a start again. O2 chat is now saying offline but the closing time is 10pm is anyone else...

Resolved! 02 Phone usage in Spain

Hi, My daughter is studying in Spain for a year and has a 02 phone contract for the UK. Is it possible to suspend the contract? Or change the usage over as it is quite expensive to use this service in Spain? Any ideas are welcome. Thanks
