False advertising

Last week I was told over the phone by an O2 representative that my tariff would be £32.50. I now discover that I have been billed for over £37. I am not contact with false advertising, especially from such a large company, disgraceful.

Resolved! Do I need to sim swap for my old Samsung Galaxy S3?

I recently upgraded to a second 12 month contract. I'm still using my old Samsung Galaxy S3 and I don't plan on getting a new phone anytime soon. Do I still need to sim swap or is that only for a brand new phone? Thanks.
