Fantastic staff at Yate - Bristol shop

I would like to say a very special thank tou to Cjarlie and Nigel at the O2 shop in Yate Bristol.  I have had my new phone about 2 months now and have to say they have not been trouble free.  I retured to the shop (Broadmead Bristol) where I purchased it and was not at all happy with the service I received, so ynhappy that I refused to go back there ever again.  I went to the Yate shop and I was received with nothing but kindness and respect (I am not at all 'techy'), was was not made to feel stupid.  Charlie was able to sort out the problem caused by staff at Broadmead branch, but I had to return as another problem arose with downloading.  After 2 hours of trying different things (with the assistance of Nigel and another chap who's name I don't know), they were able to sort my phone out.  I can't begin to tell them how grateful I am as at this moment in time my phone is vital as I have a very sick relative (living in another par of the UK) that I need to stay in constant contact with.  This guys in this shop have always made me feel welcome when, at times, I bet they wished I'd never entered the shop (the problem with my phone was not an easy one to sort out).  Can't give them enough praise.  I really hope someone at O2 reads this and passes on my very grateful thanks.  These guys working in this particular shop are a credit to O2. Top class service and a luagh and a smile.  Well done all the O2 shop staff in Yate Bristol

There's no excuse for poor customer service. As always @Toby will pass your comments to the shop but I also hope the other store is advised how lacking their service was.
