Very poor service in Swindon heigh street o2 shop

Subject: Very poor coustomer service

Hi
. I have been a customer for many years . I was called by 02 about a good deal for £18 10 gb of data unlimited calls and text . But I had to clear my old contract which I did over the phone . Then I was told to go to 02 store to take out new contract as payment took 24 hours to clear . I went to Swindon store and arrived 5:15 and waited in the queue . At 5:20 I was seen by the manager Jody who told me they closed at 5:30 so could not do the new contract as they didn't have time . I asked to borrow his pen he gave me when I asked his name he said give me my pen back . Why because he knew I was going to complain . I had waited after paying my contract in for a deal was finishing today . And basically was pushed out the door . Is this good 02 customer service . Now I have lost a good deal and your phone online and store has nobody to help .

However, I cant understand why CS didn't do this over the phone for you. I have never had to go instore to take out a new contract. They would have known the payment was cleared when it went through which is immediate...?

I know o2 have enough customers to make money they don't care one of customer leave like me but I think one day they will understand that's wrong

U right but the person how took my payment on the phone he said I have to wait till today my payment update and he is right on the he did good job I do understand that's why he ask me to go to the shop but after this happen I did the complain on the o2 site but after two days
I recive a call by complain office and he said they investigate but no ans yet I am with o2 last 6 year but now I am very unhappy with o2 Swindon heigh street shop service

Have you checked online to see if the offer is still available? If so you could order via this route....

Normally the payment would be immediate so you could go straight away to the shop rather than wait 24 hours but If the shop was still open then I think they should've really served you with what you had asked for
