annoying bundle call voice payg

Does anyone know if 02 will ever get this removed for customers on payg. Coz I find it very annoying. Everytime I place a call to hear it. Good for those that want it . I don't

I was given false information in chat that it could be. And it had been done this isn't the case.

That seems very short sighted of them to be honest with you.
If it annoys you that much you could always switch networks?

I just did from orange ee, was recommended by a friend. Just wasn't explained to me. And annoying everytime you make a call.

Really? That seems a bit daft. I don't recall getting these when I was with Genie - the equivalent to giffgaff today but fully owned by the network (this was back in bt cellnet days). O2 took over and rebranded etc but I digress
