Hi,
I'm not on here very often, anyway I have an annoying problem with my upgrade phone I had in April, which is the above.
This morning it was working fine I had cortana telling me about my messages etc, all the norm, then I wanted to change my screen photo with one of my own photo's uploaded from facebook, & that was fine, but now for some reason after going through settings I have a bright yellow line around the screen of my phone, I can't access any of the apps without a female voice(not cortana)telling me I've got to double tap everything, I can't swipe to the right to get on apps or settings, without this bloody voice telling me what to do, I know what to do but I can't access anything, even the settings, the voice is so annoying I've now switched my phone off, I think I am going to have to take it into the 02 shop where I live & see what they can do.
Does anyone in the 02 community know what the problem is please?
