Wrong technical data for Doro610 on my account data.

Doro 610 is only a basic SMStext and talk phone. Account shows it capable of picture messaging and email. This is wrong. How do I get this corrected?

According to CPW the OP is correct. The 610 appears not to have MMS or email functionality.

Perhaps the specs changed during the years of manufacture?

And yet in my link (Post 5) about the technical specifications of the phone...it clearly states it does have MMS Smiley Frustrated

Hence the suggestion that maybe the software specs changed part way through the manufacturing period? ??

HI,

the Doro 610 does not support data, mms or email.

It doesn't even have a camera. Its for phone calls and txt only.:smileyhappy:

All accounts will have gprs/mms provisioned by default in case you swap phones, but it will not interfeer with your account in any way.

Some of them do support mms so you need to qualify your statement to say the O2 ones don't support it.
Also there is no requirement to have a camera to receive mms pictures.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.

Maybe all a bit academic now as Doro seem to have disowned the 610.  It is not listed under their Products and when I did a search on their support site this was the result:-

Besides that website, there's nothing to say that the Doro 610 supports MMS.Below there is pdf manual from the manufacturers website and the Amazon add (being sold By the manufacturer) that also doesn't mention mms is available anywhere.
