Wrong Email Address on Ticket Confirmation

Hi,

 

I booked 2 tickets earlier today for Ed Sheeran but I put down the wrong email address by mistake.

I put .com instead of co.uk

Is there anyway this can be changed please?

Hi all,

I did the same thing! I put.com instead of co.uk.

I rang thr ticket place and they couldn't find my refance number so I was told to ring 02 again. On my account it says I have the co.uk one but surely my confirmation email would be sent to the .com one? I'm abit nervous as If it has gone to the .com one would they be able to redirect my tickets or steal them?

Any help would be lovely, thank you slight_smile

You need to change your email online as the other person did.

If you're lucky there won't be a .com version of your email address....?

Ah right. Would the confirmation email be sent to the .com one then? Even tho 02 confirmed on my account says co.uk? I Just don't want my tickets to get lost or stolen in any way, they are a gift

I did, the had no reccord of my order or my card details 😕 this was all done through the 02 site. This blows 😞 I'm very confused
