I've got a dispute regarding an amount that has been charged to my monthly bill in error. I'm unable to get a satisfactory answer to this via e-mail. I've tried to click and connect with live chat but it keeps coming up as "chat not initialized" or " chat key cookie does not match visitors chat key" I'm signed in to my O2 account.
Can anyone give me an explanation why this happens please.

Clear the cache and cookies or change browser.
Better yet, save the frustration of live chat and call 202...

Sometimes pop up blockers stop the connection , come out of the screen and try again or perhaps try using another device if available.
