iPhone 11 in my opinion.

iPhone SE depends on the Model... and the XR is getting long in the tooth.

I'd go for at least the 12 or SE2 as they're newer phones which means things like faster and upgraded modems for 5G.

I picked up a 12 mini on Amazon (renewed) for less than £400 and I love it.
