Hi guys,
Some of you have mentioned seeing bugs or errors on specific website pages. As it can sometimes be hard to reproduce bugs, I wanted to set up a dedicated thread to help collect and track any issues you might find. We've set up a weekly meeting with the webdev team to go through any pages which are reported here, so that should get things sorted rather quickly.
In case you do spot something, please let us know here and we'll keep you up to date with what's going on. To find or reproduce the bug/error, it would be helful if you could provide the following information:

Steps to take to reproduce bug:

MMS Bolt On | 5.11 a month
Add our MMS Bolt on to your package and get 50 picture or video messages at the reduced price of 10p per message to use each month.
What the page should do/say:
Not a technical bug, but 50 messages x 10p per message = £5.00, not £5.11. I guess this is a legacy from when VAT went to 20% from 17.5% but on the face of it, it just doesn't add up.

ive been trying to view my bill but it keeps having the same error as another person put and it sends you to a different page. im trying to see why my bill is abit higher than it should be. im on google chrome and windows 7.
