This has been mentioned in another thread but deserves a section of its own I think. @MI5 and myself have noticed a changed to Contact Preferences. Initially I had opted out of Marketing info....today we noticed there is a new layout for the page and suddenly mine have been turned on...Advise everyone to check. Mine looks like this...(or did as I have now turned off everything except Priority) @Toby is currently checking when these changes took place..

I've had 2 calls today, both about accidents from different numbers to the previously blocked numbers. Come on O2, we need some sort of response please.

Apologies for the last of updates but this issue is still being investigated. We will update this thread as soon as there in any new information but obviously I want to make sure I have all the facts before I do so.
A small bit of news however. I can confirm that O2 will not pass on your contact information to any PPI, accident clams companies or any similar 3rd parties. The only calls you will receive as a result of having your 3'rd party marketing preferences on will be related to O2 products and services.
