checked online and system said we were not eligible for Volt O2 travel inclusive zone. So off we went to store. Got a very helpful sales person who showed us on the screen we had Volt O2 travel inclusive zone_consumer already added. He allowed us to take screen shots of this.
He also checked our Virgin media tariff as we are out of contract. He could do us the same package for 50% less than we are on now. So after 1 hour on the the phone to Virgin (from store phone) we finally got our notice in to leave Virgin and signed up back to Virgin for after our holiday.
