what has happened to customer support , spend hours waiting to get through , to be either cut off or told system down , when I did get through the individual didnt not understand .
They are shocking have they moved ,as you never get a english voice anymore
gone to EE for my phones trying to sort ipads out either obtain sim cards or cancel also set a fresh dd up for 1
if was to mark them out of ten be zero and thats being generous

I don't think you'll get any arguments on here that the quality of O2's Customer Service has deteriorated alarmingly in recent times.
However, my concern for you is that the other UK mobile network operators also have similar issues.
You only need to look at the other networks' Customer forums to see the issues of the day - the trending topics ! 👍
