Very Slow Upload Speeds

Hi,

I have a couple of O2 Pay monthly 5G Sims, in a couple of phones

At home I only get 4G signal, which is fine however the upload speeds are very poor

Typically I can get downloads of upto 80/90Mbs but uploads are typically no more than 300/400k 

I have tested speeds in and around town but its always the same - really slow upload speeds. Oh and latency is also bad.

Does anyone else have the same issue ?

I see blips at certain times and dates, but these are my last few speedtests using a Pixel 7 Pro, nothing out of the ordinary...
