Broadband Speed

I am currently getting a 4.69 Mb/S download speed and a 0.68 Mb/c Upload Speed - I am experiencing slow connection - what speeds should I be experiencing?

Do you mean Mobile Data or Landline Broadband

It all depends on your location,, signal strength, power output of the mast, congestion on the mast , backhaul available, whether you are 4G or 5G or 5G backing off to 4G

But no one will ve able to tell you what to expect as I have had between 5Mbps and 500Mbps Down and 0.5Mbps to 150Mbps up. 

And o2 don't guarantee any speeds, but what you have reported can be deemed as fine....
