Ordered an upgrade and settled my existing contract 1 of 3
Showed as signed for which was not by me, o2 unable to provide a POD or give any more infomation just left this.
I demand a refund of what i have paid, still heard nothing. A day later they place a bar on all 3 contract phones.
This is then lifted as no reason for this as only 1 handset was missing. A day later my existing handset i am using has been blacklisted and now is just a paperweight.
O2 still taking their £120 a month Direct Debit no doubt, can someone reply to my complaints and remove the blacklist marker
