Unable to contact O2 so moving to EE

Absolute joke! Been trying to contact O2 to order a new sim for an iPad Air 2. Just keep on being held in queue. Live chat never working. I've been an O2 customer for 3 years but I'm now moving to EE where they are at least contactable. Very very poor service.

I think you must have fallen into a void within the system. I would redial to be honest.

I got through in nano seconds, got PAC and already ported on the EE website. I've no reason to exaggerate....

so have redialed, they did say they're experiencing delays so very surprised you get through so easily.
Then when I did get through I get passed to the retention team and now in another queue so still cant believe your above statements and cannot fathom why you would say these

Almost certainly because they are true.........what would be the benefit to @jonsie  (who is an O2 customer like you) to lie about something like that, I'm interested to know ?

I stand by what I said, why would I lie??

If it makes a difference, possibly it would, all calls were from my P&G handset. Believe me, I'm not the biggest fan of O2 right now so I'm not trying to bull them up at all.

What would the number of posts anyone has made have anything to do with this?

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

I'm with you - cannot get through despite several days of calling and holding for 45 minutes at a time

Didn't think you needed a SIM for the AIR 2 as it comes with an "Apple SIM" built in that works with UK carriers?

Just tried again and got through straight away. The lady was very helpful, and restored my faith in O2. Maybe I'm just impatient but I still think two attempts and waiting 30 then 45 minutes is unreasonable. Happy now though slight_smile
