Trying to sign in

Never had so much hassle signing into my o2 account! Changed password & confirmed then tried to use repeatedly & says it isn't recognised! Yet I can see my account details. When I try to view the bill I need to sign on again & my details are not recognised AGAIN?? So frustrating.

The website has been playing up a bit earlier today so try clearing your cache and trying again.
What browser are you using ?

Yes...the website went offline a total of 5 times tonight...just for short periods between 4.30pm -6pm roughly.

Enough to muck up everything else I think....

Yes as one of our members said succinctly ...the forum was up and down yesterday more frequently than a 'w****s drawers'
