Hi gang! Question for the room. Do we know if o2 do a full credit check on switch up customers?? Curious if anyone has ever failed a switch up? Lots of conflicting answers on the web!

Yes they do and no one has ever reported failing on here.

Isn't it just an internal check if you've been with them for more than 6-months and have a good payment history?
