Hi gang! Question for the room. Do we know if o2 do a full credit check on switch up customers?? Curious if anyone has ever failed a switch up? Lots of conflicting answers on the web!

Nope, they credit check each new customer, it's not very good business to give expensive contracts to Fred Bloggs from Barnsley if he has a poor credit score is it?

They still run a credit check, as its to do with the FCA rules on credit agreements... 

 

And in store and online it does say they run a credit check and it will also do an internal check..
