Hi everyone
So from a previous discussion of mine here (http://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Discussions-Feedback/No-3G-or-4G-in-Oxford-City-Centre-for-the-past-yea... I have decided that I am ultimately going to have to (somewhat reluctantly) leave O2 as I am barely able to use the 3G or 4G network swhen at university.
I was wondering what steps I have to take to cancel my plan and then move networks whilst keeping the same number.
I understand that I will need to pay off the device plan and the remaining tarrif charges. Do I need to get a PAC code before or after this? Also, how do I ensure that my number is not disconnected before I am able to switch networks.
Thanks
James

If you have a refresh contract you only need pay off the device plan and end the airtime.
