Hi,

I am unable to view or download any statements for 2023. I am gathering information for a tax return and need to submit these.

 

I have called twice, speaking to Daniel and then Rachel, who were both appeared to be very helpful and went through the process of sending me the statements by email while I waited on the phone. The first few appeared (2024 statements - which I have been able to download already) and I was told the rest would follow shortly as there is a email queueing system for sending emails. On both occasions nothing more has arrived.

 

If the O2 employee cannot help it would be more helpful and, indeed, more honest, if they were to tell me, rather than pretending to do something and waste time for both of us. Maybe employees are under pressure to be 'helpful'. Very poor service from O2! I still have no statements and will have to call a third time in the hope that someone will be honest. Thanks for wasting my time O2. Not happy!
