Have been with O2 for over 15yrs and since I changed jobs to working in the community I have realised what a poor signal you get in many areas I work in. I have made many
complaints which haven’t really helped did get some refund but what I really want is out of this contract still a year to go. When I’m working I can rarely get 4g and lucky to get phone signal for areas or my signal drops when I’m calling colleagues.
I don’t work in a remote area and it’s not just one postcode area but around 3 or 4 areas that I have problems with.
so disappointed with O2

Are the other networks better in the areas that you frequent ? Have you got PAYG SIMs to test them and to establish what would be the best network for you ?
