I recently visited 02 shop in Denton for sim swap, was given replacement SIM It didn't work took it back when took sim out the sim holder broke explained it to the girl in the shop she tried another SIM card still didn't recognise Sim They sent it off to 02 repairs was told would be able to track on line after 7 days after trying each day still couldn't trace it on o2 repair.I went back to the shop was then told it can take longer the following day received an email confirming they had received the phone and would inform me of cost of repair day after received an email -ready to collect followed by a phone from the branch they had made a mistake got surnames mixed up my phone wasn't ready the day after received an email to pick up the phone when I collected the phone it hadn't been repaired,no estimate for cost of repair asked why and was told "probably wasn't worth repairing". The whole process was a complete waste of time.

You can perhaps pick up a sim tray cheap on Ebay but ask them to return your phone.
