Repair Tracking not working

Hey guys,

Took my phone into 02 shop as it become faulty,They have sent it off for repair and gave me a recipt with a online repair tracking number...however it does not work,Ive tried many times made sure everything is correct i type in.

All i get is this...

I dont want to keep calling the store,They are always very busy...So thats why i wanted to use the tracker but whats the point if it dont work.

I see someone made a post on this issue some time back,and its still not working now.

Very poor 02 dont you think?

O2 trackong system is not meant to work. It's just put there to frustrate the O2 customers, because O2 think that customers are a pain in the neck so it's just O2's way of getting their own back on them.

HI... you will probably need to give it a day at least for tracking to kick in.

It all depends on the courier company being used.. they update sites after midnight..
